I'm using Microsoft Outlook in my office as a way of communication to other branches we have.

Lately, I was wondering I didn't receive any e-mails for 2 days already.

I can send emails, but then I cannot receive incoming e-mails.

I have received several calls saying that they e-mailed me but yet I didn't receive any.

Why is that so?

Hi. I need any suggestions from you guys. We are currently using Microsoft Office that consists of hundreds of computers in our office. And now, we are planning to add additional support, and that is the new generation of Communications server, the Microsoft Lync 2010. But upon checking, MS-Lync is very expensive in price. I want to know if there is alternative software that works the same way as MS-Lync but cheaper in price. If so, please let me know. I really need your suggestions right now. Thanks a lot.

I was installing Microsoft Web Platform Installer 3.0 on our Windows Server 2008 and it completed fine. 

However, when I tried to launch Web PI, I got this message about network connection error. 

The message was confusing because I knew I was connected to the network. 

Anyone who can help me resolve the problem?

Hi,

I was installing several snap-ins in MMC on Win 2008 Server including MS Exchange, AD and Group Policies and it completed fine.  Then, I tried opening MMC when this error message appeared on the screen, see screenshot below. 

I have searched the web and have seen several solutions.

I tried the site where there was a FIX IT button, but this didn’t work. 

Any advice on how to fix the problem?

MMC cannot initialize the snap-in

I am working on a project that has image as a base layer. I overlapped two images only to find out that one of the images I use has a lock icon. I found this when I hovered my mouse into it and a message appears indicating that the image is partially locked. How can I remove it from being locked? What are the limitations when an image is lock?

Here is something for you to solve: I used Microsoft Front Page 2003 to create my website.

However, several page titles were created in WordArt.

I don’t have problems running it in Internet Explorer. But it is disappearing when running it in either Firefox or Safari.  How does it happen?

Our company is using Exchange 2003 server and we want our users from Active Directory only to have access in sending and receiving mails, instead of relaying to all our users. (E. g. POP3 client set up) I need a step by step procedure on setting up this feature.

What are the differences in the given cluster options in using Exchange 2003 server? Which is best to use and why? Please send me some advice on choosing. Thanks.
