I am receiving error in Exchange 2010 when trying to upgrade MB/HT server. The error is stating: [ERROR] This server role can't be installed because the following roles aren't current: AdminToolsRole. I successfully upgrade on CAS (Client Access Server) but not with MB and HT server. The error is occurring on the mailbox role. How can fix it?

Will I need Forefront Online Protection for my Exchange subscriptions? I have users hosted in Exchange Online, some are on-premises. Now, instead of pointing out my on-premises servers, I want to point my MX record on Office 365. Is it possible to do this? If yes, will I need Forefront Online Protection for the on-premises users if needed?

I am planning to upgrade my Exchange Server 2003/2007 to 2010. Can I still use Single Copy Cluster (SCC), Local Continuous Replication (LCR), Stand-by Continuous Replication (SCR) and also Cluster Continuous Replication (CCR)? I heard that in Exchange 2010, these high availability options were replaced by DAGs or the Database Availability Groups. If so, what are the benefits of using DAG in Exchange 2010? 

My user account does not belong with Active Directory; can I add my computer with it so it can belong to Active Directory? If so, can I log on with my local user account? Please help me on managing user account in active Directory. Thanks.

I installed .Net framework on Vista-run desktop and got this error surprisingly enough after a couple of minutes.

Nothing went wrong with first installation and everything ran smoothly.

I left the program running and when I returned I found this on the screen. Any suggestions on what to do?
