I am facing weird problems with windows 2000 Advanced server machine. Everything is fine but whenever I start IE or any other application, I get an error that says: “Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)”. Even the task manager fails to start. Then I have to close these applications and I am able to start applications normally until this error appears again.

Does anyone know the cause for this error? Please guide me.

Help please, I am unable to run scandisk and defrag. When I try to run both of these programs, I get an error message telling that a program such as a disk utility has locked the drive and to close program or wait for it to finish. I am totally pointless about the program and the error as well. I have never had this problem before. My baby has spilled some water on my hard disk, so can this be a reason for this? Anyone can please help me in this. I will be really thankful.

We have a scenario like our web application is hosted in the Cloud and the database is in the cloud as well as On Premise. The application takes some data from the Cloud database and some confidential data from On Premise database.

To get the data from the On Premise database we have created a WCF service.

Now we need to integrate the WCF service with Windows azure app fabric service bays so that secure communication between Cloud application and On Premise database can happen.

For this we need to configure the App fabric Service Bus with IIS.

How do we do that?

Do we need any specific ports to be opened?

I am developing an Android App on Eclipse in which the User fills the form and send to a web service that stores the data. The problem is that when I click on the submit button the App doesn’t respond. I had checked the Log cat it shows an error message that Sntp protocol error Address Family not supported by the protocol. Can anyone tell me what the issue behind it is?

I have a desktop personal computer where I am using XP operating system, and I have a phone Nokia 5130 model. I have a memory card and a memory card reader. When I put the card by adapter the computer recognize it, and the picture that I have on my phone can transfer to the computer with no problem. But the picture on my computer won’t transfer to my phone. All that shows up is a big error.

How can I transfer the picture on my computer to my cell phone?
