I am hoping I will get some feedback on some issues I have been facing. I have a constant problem with back up of Hyper-V virtual machines using DPM 2007 and just wonder if you could help me.

Configuration: Host – DELL PE 2950 with Windows Server 2008 SP2. Guests – 5 Virtual machines with Windows Server 2008 SP 2 sitting on local SAS drivers.

When I try running the exchange server, I get the following error message;

I am trying to migrate from Microsoft exchange server 5.5 to exchange server 2003. I have networked 10 PCs via a rooter. The external DNS are configured correctly on port 25 and using a smart host for outbound DNS. The question I want to ask is;

 Am i supposed to be able to telnet the telnet server on port 25? This is because if I do that I result to an error.  I have completed installation and setting up everything else, deployment tools and wizards without any problems.

But when it comes to setting up the internet email wizard I get an error;

I am trying to get my problem resolved ASAP. I have been using Outlook Express for the longest time and never has it failed me until now. I can’t seem to send and receive messages for the last hour. I have been trying to figure things out on my own. I tried to log-in to my webmail account that I have configured for my Outlook Express, and surprisingly it works. I haven’t changed anything during the past few days. Haven’t made any changes in the system or network as well. We have 2 PC’s at home and both are hardwired and this is the only one with Outlook Express. Help please.

My ISP has a free email account that I'm currently using. At home I usually open my emails through Outlook Express. But when I’m in the office or out of town traveling I use my webmail account. I go to our webmail website and then log in with my username and password. Everything has been ok these past few days, when I got back home from a quick vacation I can’t see my emails on my webmail account anymore. I can log in and send messages from it but I can’t receive the emails if I open them at Outlook Express first. I open 2 computers at the same time, one for Outlook Express and one for the webmail. I used to do this since one PC is upstairs, but now it’s not working. HELP!!

I am really having a problem with an unknown individual. The mentioned individual keeps on sending me emails and now, I am really irritated. I have blocked him by adding him in the block sender’s list, but I do not understand why I can still see his name on my mails.

I have two computers and Microsoft is thoroughly installed by CD's on one not the other.

I thought I could put the entire bulk file onto a disk or flash drive and transfer it to my other computer.

Is this possible?

Is this illegal, since I already bought the pack once?

I have another computer and it is running on Windows 2000. It is my older computer since my Vista one is attacked by Virus and I am still currently looking for a cure. I have tried to access Orkut website in Internet Explorer and it will not let me.

Any ideas why?

Dear All,

My Internet Explorer I think is busted. It tells me that I am not connected to the internet but when I try AOL, I can perfectly browse from one site to another.

I did try to remove Internet Explorer from the Add/Remove Windows component, then added it again. Sadly, it won’t work still.

I want to browse using Internet Explorer too. Kindly help.
