I am preparing my presentation using Power Point but when I tried to save the document and error shows up “The file cannot be saved right now because the file is loaded by another user at the moment”. I am using Mac Operating System and a single user so how can I demolish this error? Help me find a solution.

The file cannot be saved right now because the file is loaded by another user at the moment. You can wait a few moments and try the save again, or you can cancel this save and resave using a different file name.

Would you agree with those who always make states via televisions, articles and magazines that Microsoft had little or no foresight in that, considering the evolution and innovations in the past and yet could not plan for the worst? Even considering the current trend of Operating System of smartphones today even makes a case for them looking at the current trend of Windows smartphone purchases as against other OS brands. Recently, I can use the Neflix app on my LG TV (Wise); until suddenly, it stopped working properly. It plays and it loads scrambled graphics and the sound was fine, but I was unable to view it. Does anyone here knows why this issue occurs? I can still use this last week. I first thought that it could be a bandwidth issue but realized that this is not the case. It took some time to work with intervals ever since the issue started but all I can see is a scrambled graphics. Any ideas?

Can someone assist with instructions on how to create a new user profile in Microsoft Outlook? I've tried it a number of times and I'm doing something wrong. If someone can help me with the correct steps I would truly appreciate it. I'm obviously doing something wrong and I'm not sure about it. Thank you.

When using Microsoft Outlook, it often hangs up and is unresponsive. This is making a difficult environment and causing me unnecessary delays. I've tried deleting unnecessary emails thinking that, maybe it is causing the delays, but it still happens.  What are other suggestions I can use to troubleshoot and correct this problem?
