I believe it is called a Babel-fish chip. But what is a Babel-fish chip?

All I know is that a babel fish is a fictitious fish that can immediately do translations. Does this mean that Qualcomm is building a chip that can instantly translate waves and frequencies?

I am trying to transfer my data files from my desktop to an external HDD. These are different types of data containing pictures, music and/or text files. What should be the normal transfer rate if I have it transferred on a USB 3.0? It just seemed to be transferring the data rather slow or at the same speed when connected to a USB 2.0.

Recently, Nokia company finally found a solution for wasted incoming calls.

The company filed a patent for trendy and stylish "magic tattoo" that would establish a constant communication between families, friends and business.

This magic tattoo is capable of receiving  magnetic signal and send stimulus to the skin and vibrates the small iron tattoo when there is an incoming call. Some of the benefits were to alert the smartphone user while they are in a noisy environment, or if the phone is in silent  while in a very quiet place or conferences, and one can apply it in any part of his body.

Nintendo has announced it's new gaming console which is the Wii U. I heard it has MiiVerse but what is MiiVerse and how will it change the gaming experience of the users? How is this different from the previous consoles when it comes to game interface, controls and graphics of the games? When will Nintendo release this in the market?

If Wii U is to have 2 game pads, does this also imply that it will only work when used with a specific device?

I recently brought a Xbox 360 and I always like to play with it, till yesterday.

last day when I try to insert a disk, first it start reading and then suddenly it stopped and showing 'open tray' message.

I am not so confident to open it up, because it is new.

I am quite scared because, if my parents know about this. I don't know what is going to happen.
