I encountered a similar problem upon installing the two softwares on CD. First. I tried to install a phone software with Activesync. I received an error which says “Your version of DLA can read files on this disk but you will not be able to add them. ”

And the other one was "Warning", The local language and default (WWE) configuration XML file can not be found or invalid, please contact the disk manufacturer. Then, a yellow triangle appears stating "Microsoft Activesync" Error. Invalid Drive: F: Please Select a valid drive”.

Hello all. I just purchased Scrapbook Factory 5 today but I had some problem installing it as the installation DVD could not be read on my pc.

I don’t see anything after inserting it to my DVD-ROM. I inserted the ''Bonus Fonts and Graphics'' disk, but the contents of the dvd were seen.

Now, I tried putting installation DVD in on another computer but this time the Installation dvd was seen.

Why is this?

Is there a problem with the dvd-rom I have?

There could be no problem with the installation disk since it was able to run on other computers.

How should I resolve my problem? 

My PC apparently had crashed before I came home from work (as my daughters told me; they rebooted it).

At first, I got into the Event Viewer to see what it says. It says several hours before they rebooted it, there's also another important message in the event viewer: The driver detected a controller error on DeviceHarddisk5DR5.

I've no idea what that means. I got into Computer Manager to take a look at the disks on my machine.

There's only 1 hard drive, and a few slots for microSD, etc, but none of them are labeled "Harddisk5" nor is there anything labeled "DR5".

How do I determine what, if anything, those are?

Could they be USB drives that my daughters used?

I am encountering an error with updating my Xbox 360 console. The error messages appear as follows:

1. Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and select Network Settings, Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
2. Can't install the update. The disk is unreadable.
3. Can't read the update from the disk. Please reinsert the disk to continue the update.
4. Further, the update process does not end successful and ends up. Can someone help me fix this issue? I would greatly appreciate your help.
