I tried to update the already installed packages using update manager.  
But it is giving me an error likes this:

Also this is preventing me from installing other packages>too.

I need to know much about the Event Viewer and need to know the reason of the error.

I installed the BIOS update. But when I try to upgrade it from F.20 to F.21, all time the event 4 and 5 appeared.

I did not found any solution about this topic through Google. It may reason for some installed programs or other else, I don’t know.

I'm trying to run Disk Cleanup on my computer to free some space. But it just stopped on responding when trying to compress old files. I tried for few times more and repeat the same process but it hangs on compressing old files. What should I do to complete the process? Please help.
