I have a router called Edimax. I can't connect to the internet to I decided to disconnect it and then reset it. However, when I did this procedure, I can no longer connect to the internet and I can't see the WAN light turned on even if I connected my modem to its WAN port. So I went to the store to have it fixed but when they tried to connect it using their internet connection, it was working OK. 

When I got back home, I decided to try it on my own connection but still no use. Was it because my router has malfunctioned and needs fixing or it has something to do with my PC? 

Please help me. I  need my router.

I am using Gigabyte motherboard with dual core processor. I am getting message from bios screen that my system got over heating.

When I touched the motherboard cooler fan it was extremely hot.

Can I increase speed of my cooler fan from my system?

I had written files to the DVD after downloading ISO.. The error pops up whenever I insert the DVD.into the drive.

The file 'autorun.dll'  is corrupt and would not be able to execute. Setup is not able to continue. Error code [0xC1].

Help me solve the problem

How is it some DVD/minidvd/dvd-rw are not compatible with my LG cd/dvd drive.  For instance my Imation /Sony mini DVD rw can be played on my Acer laptop Pioneer DVD dual drive but not on my pc? Even the regular size DVD have problems, and sometimes they play out of color, I’ve checked all the settings for region, speed etc., still they are being choosy on the disk I’m loading. Is it because of the disc brands or an upgrade is needed?

My problem regarding our router, a D-link 624, is that when I turn the power on my computer including the router. All is well except for our router, it won't turn on. I have checked everything from the socket to it's wires, I even re-inserted the plug. Then a funny thing happened when i disregarded our router and just watch videos in  the PC, the router turned on. So it's like this everytime. If I want to use the internet I would wait patiently till the router functions. Can anybody help me.  What's wrong ? I'm thinking that it has behaviour issues!

Sometimes I forget to bring my charger to my meetings so I always result to the use of my laptop’s USB port as a power source. But sadly I can keep these ports from running continuously when the computer sleep. Can find it in the Windows’ power profiles. Help will be appreciated.

I have a Samsung cd rom drive. I used to play cd’s on that drive but starting last week up to present, it won’t play any cd. Worst, there’s a loud noise on my drive. Sometimes it ejects on his own.

I can see the cd is still turning when it ejects.

Please help.

Whenever I put a flash drive on my USB port a folder naming 'Recycler' appears from nowhere. A few shortcut files also appear and all my folders in the drive turn into shortcuts. Lost many important data files due to this problem.

How to get rid of it?
