Hello, I am not always able to access my computer located on my lan physically. I want to know how to shutdown lan computer on my network. What are the steps to remotely do this?

I tried using Bluetooth on an adapter and the wireless graphics pad works. Keyboard is a very common accessory for tablet so I was pretty damn sure that it will work. But it failed. Experts please let me know if a keyboard can be connected by using wireless android tablet adapter or not? Any driver is required?

I am using Windows 7 on my computer. To access my computer remotely I just enabled and upgraded WebDav (Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning).
