I have downloaded and installed Zotero referencing software. I have managed to get this software working in Windows and with Microsoft Word after a lengthy trial and error session. I have a large library of references which I would like to export but I am not quite sure which file format to use for the export. I would like someone to give a brief explanation for the common file type that you can use to export a list of references from Zotero to Microsoft Word.

I would like someone to explain the term ‘widget’ to me. What is a widget used for and how do you deploy widgets to accomplish a specific task? What tools do you need to develop widgets? What challenges have you encountered in your quest to develop a widget and how did you overcome this challenge?

Recently I came across an article requesting for ways to fix a security loophole in Centos operating system. I have been thinking of installing Centos on my laptop but now I have reservations about this idea of installing a Linux operating system, especially Centos. I want to know the major issues you have found or you know of with regards to Centos.

I have noticed that some of the drivers on my Windows operating system are not working properly. I have tried to update some of them but so far that has not worked. I would like to know the possible cause of this malfunction and also why is it that the drivers do not want to respond to update request?

I would like to know if there are drivers for specific functions on the computer. If so, how do you write driver programs for use on the computer to carry out specific functions? What alternative software exist which does not require drives to function? What can cause a driver to get corrupted and not function properly?

Could you kindly give me some fundamental explanation of what drivers are in computing? What is the main function of drivers? Can you have a computer system which does not require the use of drivers? How do you write driver software and in which of the programming language would you advice someone to use in designing a driver.

I have a large number of PDF file that I need to compress and send as email attachment. Could you kindly show me how I can have all these files compressed? What software do I need to use to achieve this? By how much would the size reduce after the compression?

Bibtex4word has been recommended to me for writing bibliography in Microsoft Word. I have not used this software before so I would like anyone with first hand information on Bibtex4word to give me some insight as to whether this software has been of help to them.
