Gimp script does not have the permission to write a jpeg file and this error appears. I don’t know what could cause this but I have all the system rights and I am the only user on my laptop. Any solution ? How can I fix this ?

I compiled larger preview plug-ins for GIMP 2.7.5 and this error appeared on my desktop and close the program after I click OK. I had to reinstall GIMP to use it again without any plug-ins installed. Does anyone have some free time to help me ? How can I install plug-ins without errors ?

I scanned some files with my scanner and saved the files in format .jpg. When I want to open these files with Gimp 2.8 this error appears and it seems like it doesn’t recognize this format. On the website is saying that GIMP supports all the formats. Does anyone have a solution for my error ?

I’ve had this problem with a few games. Recently, I bought Metro 2033, and this is the game that I really, really want to play on the PC. PhysX is missing and the game either loads and crashes, or refuses to load entirely. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?
