I just installed a new program on my PC and this error stops me to use it. Is for the first time that this kind of error appears. I have disabled my Firewall and Antivirus before open the program and is not working. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

I have this weird error from BlueStacks. During the install this error appears and asking for .NET Framework 2.0 SP2. The problem is that I have a higher version, .NET Framework 4.0 SP2 and I don’t know why the program is asking for a lower version. Any solution ? What is the problem with BlueStacks ?
