I have my own profile on XBOX and my partner has his own. I recently played a game and when I saved, it erased his previous saved game. I understand that different profiles should save differently. What could be the problem with this? How can I recover my game? Is there a way to avoid this from happening in future?

I have installed Adobe Reader version 10.1.4.38 and I want to update it to the latest version. Whenever I try to update it, it does not do anything. I have even tried restarting the computer or the application itself yet nothing happens. I do not want to miss out on latest updates. Help

I was sent a photo in a .pi file and I am looking to see if I can edit it without purchasing more software. I need to get it into a format where I can use it for posting, editing, and other files. I was going to ask the sender to change the format, but I'd prefer if I can find a resolution on my own. Is the only way to do this to purchase more software? Adobe is asking me to buy something else but I am wondering if there is a way around it? Thanks.

I use Skype almost daily to communicate with family. During the past week, my audio has been cutting out intermittently during use. I have tried the trouble shooting techniques such as ensuring the audio is on, audio device enabled, etc. I have asked the other person to check their settings as well but I cannot seem to address the issue. Is it possible that multiple users on the other end are having the same connection issue? Are there other troubleshooting techniques I can try?

I've been using Google Hangouts for months for a certain job I am working.  I have been connecting with no issue.  However, I went to have a call yesterday and the call would not connect.  I have my mic and camera on, I have the plugin installed, and nothing has changed on my end.  Has there been an update to Google Hangouts I should be aware of?  Is there any other troubleshooting I can do?

I have accidentally deleted a very precious photo album present on my laptop. I have taken the habit of cleaning up my recycle bin once in a while and am sure that there is no trace of it in there. I heard that there are softwares out there that permit the retrieval of deleted files even from the recycle bins. Can someone enlighten me please.
