Hi,

I am using a Mac for processing of thousands of my images.  I just got an HP Media Vault MV2010 to backup these images together with old backup software, NTI Shadow.   But when I started the backup process, I got this error message, see below.  I have checked the connection of the storage to the PC and it seemed connected fine. 

I restarted the backup process but I still encountered the same error message.  I got no answers from the websites so I turned to this forum to ask for advices.

I encountered an out of disk error with our StoreVault S500 and I was trying to reclaim some space. 

However, I got this error message (see screenshot below). 

Our system administrator just resigned so I am a newbie in these tasks. 

I turned to this forum hoping I can get answers from you guys.

I recently installed Media Coder on Vista. 

It seemed the installation was successful but then one time when I started it, I got this error message, see below for the screenshot. 

I closed the error message and tried to restart and the same thing happened. 

Please help ASAP!  I can’t use the software right now.

I was adding a borrowed an all-in-one HP printer to our PC at home when I got this error message, see below.   I almost completed installation when this happened.  I tried to search the web since I wasn’t that techie and didn’t find any guide.   So I turned to this forum because someone might be able to guide me thru on how to install the printer.  Please help.

Fatal error during installation

I got a file with the .al extension as a free download from the internet.

When I try to open it, it appears in the Swatch panel – it’s a file with a monochrome background and winding thin grey lines in the foreground.

Does anybody know if there is a way to separate the lines from the background and recolor them?

I was having trouble with my iTunes in my Vista PC and whenever I connect my iPod touch to one of the USB ports, the PC hangs. 

I wondered what causing this so I reinstalled QuickTime and iTunes. 

While I was installing QuickTime thru Programs and Features in the Control Panel, I got this error message. 

I tried installing iTunes, but it failed too. 

Tried doing this several times but nothing seemed to work. 

I need my iTunes desperately. 

Please help me ASAP.

Do you have any idea how I should calibrate the GPS after I change the battery so that my EtrexH would point to the right place?  I tried browsing the manual but I don't think there is anything useful I can find there.

I have OneNote files both on desktop and my laptop, and they are on a partition that is separate from the PGM files and shared files. Now, I cannot access the subfolder I have been using from the other machine. It says that the folder is inaccessible because it lacks sharing permission. The same thing happens when I access it through My Network Places. I tried to set the folder and the OneNote data folder but nothing happens. The other machine can synchronized the other files in the same partition. I created a new folder with the same name, and the sharing worked for a time, but it messed up again.
