For a new Dell Computer with a 'Dell Backup and Recovery' application, will it be a replacement for the Windows features like the 'Create System Repair Disk'? It seems that the feature to create a repair disk is disabled . is there a way to use it instead of Dell’s application?

I use Macrium for back up. When I create an image of the 'partitions required to backup and restore Windows', does it include all the programs on it? I've installed several freeware, I have a lot of documents and photos, will it be included? I just want to play it safe.

The Shockwave Player in my Mac computer just recently got updated to version 11.5.9.20. Now, if I try to play some online games, it doesn't do what it needs to do. If I click on something, it does not respond or it moves erratically. Some of the options are not clickable. Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem?

I created a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat 11 and it was password protected for editing. If I open this file from Adobe Reader on my computer, I can fill in the form to enter the password. If I open it on my iPhone, I cannot seem to fill out the form. How do I fix this?

I am unable to get my PDF files or folders to open on my iPad, I only get a blank screen. This happened after I updated to iOS 7.1.1 and Adober Reader version 11.3.1. I did the update because I was getting a lot of problems with Adobe but apparently, it made the issue worst. What should I do?

I hope to clone my 500GB SATA 2 hard drive to a 1TB SATA 3 hard drive. I tried Arconis True Image 2014 but it won’t let me. Is there any cloning software available I can download for free? I want to be able to copy the whole drive and extend the volume. Thanks.

The setup window is blank while the VMWare workstation is being installed. Is this because of a video setting of the workstation? Would it matter to check the ActiveX version as well? Is there any prior setup that needs to be done during the installation or any settings in the workstation that needs to be corrected first?

I use LibreOffice in my Lenovo laptop and it worked perfectly until recently, it started to have issues saving a file. It locks up whenever I save a file regardless of its size. I tried deleting the old user profile and created a new one. I also removed the hardware acceleration, no go. No changes were made recently so I couldn't think of anything that could have caused this problem. Any help please?
