Misc Software
Hi
I need a copy of bootable CD and a friend of mine from other branch office already share the DVD Rom drive so I can access it through the internet so I can copy the files directly. We're using the same domain and I can access it using windows explorer by typing \[computer name][drive name] but the problem is I don't think if I copy the files directly to other folder the CD copy can be use for booting. I mean I can copy the files perfectly but not working if I want to use it to boot up the laptop.
I was thinking of changing it to iso first then after that the iso file will be burn to CD. I'm sure it can be use for booting but I dunno how to change the files to iso and I don't have any software to create iso file.

I recently updated my Adobe Flash Player 8 to Adobe Flash Player 10. It worked flawlessly before upgrading it to version 10. All my games and videos didn’t work. I can only see a white box with error the plug in content has been disabled. I uninstalled it then reinstall for few times now, but it doesn’t work. I am using Mozilla Firefox as my browser and everything that needs a flash player isn't working. Whenever I tried installing Adobe flash, the loading took a while and then stops. Same thing if I go back to my original version of it. But I need to install the latest version because some site needs a newer version.

I am a new computer user. I need some help for my recent problem. I want to open my installed software but it can not be opened. I had tried to open from desktop shortcuts than it shows a open with window. I tried from start menu, same problem occurs there also. It also says rundll32.exe file missing. I can not figure what the problem is.
Please give me the idea about the problem as well as the solution of the problem.

My friend told me that rootkits are very dangerous. I have no idea what is that or how does it work. Is it some kind of a virus or just a software that needs to be installed. He can not even explain it to me in a way that an average person would understand.
I've done research on the internet but I still don't get what that means. All I get are information like attacking computers.
If someone tech savvy knows about it, please shed some light if this is a software to be avoided or not. Thanks a lot.

Hi,
I am working already and it requires me to be in a call often. Problem is, I am having difficulty hearing the person on the other line mostly due to the poor quality line or noise background which in reality – does not exist. At first I suspected that I was not able to due a tuning wizard. So, the next day, I did a tuning wizard, but still the same thing. I still experience a poor quality call. I replaced my headset, still the same. Thinking it was just the Cisco IP Softphone that I am using, so I reinstalled it. That was the last option I know, but still there is no progress. I hope somebody can help me with this one.
Thanks.

I am trying to install Microsoft Office 2000 to my Windows7, but I am having this error 1402.
It appears during the installation and I could not finish installing because of this.
I temporarily disable my antivirus and firewall thinking that it is blocking the installation process, but it’s not. I checked for any Microsoft Updates then manually install it. After restarting my computer for the changes to take effect, I still cannot continue.
I run the Disk Clean Up and clean the temporary files, but I really have no luck.
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit OS with Pentium Dual Core T4200@ 2GHz, 2 GB RAM, Display Adapter: Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

I used CCleaner to clean my windows pc. I recently noticed that it is not deleting cookies and clearing the history of my visited websites. Google Chrome is my default browser so I had to go to settings>tools>clear browsing data every time I want to do it. I checked CCleaner and under Google Chrome, internet cache, cookies and history are all checked.
My CCleaner version is v3.02.1343. I have been using it for so long because it speeds up my computer’s performance. I don’t know if the problem is on my Google chrome settings. Is there a fix for this?

Hello,
My problem concerns Google earth 6. It is creating a lot of issues for me as it is eating up my memory. I can clearly see in the task manager that the memory increases gradually as I start it and in the end my computer wont even move the mouse till I restart my computer.
I tried installing the old version Google earth 5 but the website has only Google earth 6 now and i can't seem to find it anywhere else. Please if you can help or if there is any way i can get my Google earth 5 back i will be extremely grateful.

I recently updated my Microsoft office 2007 to MS Office 2010 on my Windows Vista Home Basic laptop. This is the error I got while installing:
"Error 2203. An internal error has occurred. Contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for assistance."
The same thing happened when I am updating my java to newer version. I found some common solutions to fix the issue and that is to ensure that I have the administrator rights, so I checked on it and yet the problem still persist. I even uninstall the windows installer hoping that I can get it fix by downloading a new one. This happened when I attempt to uninstall a corrupted windows application on my computer system few days ago. Then the error triggers again now that I am installing MS office 2010.
