Is there an easier and faster way of installing Samsung Galaxy S3′s TouchWiz UX Launcher to S2?

I want to be able to download from Google play, but everytime I try to I keep getting this error message that says can not install onto USB or SD card.

Even went as far as removing the card and restarting the phone and still nothing. 

How should we install the update for Maxthon ( 3.3.9.1000)? It appears to not work with Facebook.

I've heard that the blue dot innovator of the google maps, made it even better wherein you'll be located wherever you are even if you are walking inside a building or something. Does it mean that it would also be better in places like the Philippines? Or does it only apply to places like United States? Right now it sucks, some of the streets and establishments doesn't even come up.
