Hey! I bought Nokia Lumia 620 a month ago. It really offers good performance. But two problems that I have faced so far are that firstly, apps are very low in number and that is a headache. .Apps are loaded into phone memory and one can't move any apps to SD card. I think there is no solution for this problem but still ask if there is any? Also, I have noticed that phone becomes very very hot even after small usage. Solutions? Thanks!

Yesterday I took a picture with my phone and transferred it to my PC without any problem. I managed to open it once but I tried again later, it failed. The only thing that I did was to transfer it and change its name. What could have happened to the file? Also, I really want to salvage it as I have already deleted it on my phone?

I have recently bought a tablet with Android Lollipop 5.0 installed on it as the system software. The Google services aren't running properly on my tablet. I can open the webpages but Play Store, YouTube and Wallet won't work. What should I do to fix the network issue?

P.S When I run PS, YT and Wallet, I get the 'No Connection' error.

I have read in different places that Comcast is the best application that you can use to mirror a tablet to a TV. However, I need to mirror a laptop or desktop to TV. Can Comcast do that. If yes, how do I make the settings? If there are other options, inform me please. It is not necessary that it should be wireless. 

I am in a true predicament – I spilled coffee on my laptop!  I am very afraid to even attempt to use it, so any advice or recommendations would be truly appreciated.  I don't know where to even start with this.  It was black coffee, no milk or sugar, if that even matters!  Any help is very appreciated.  Thank you!

I have a scratch on my laptop screen.  There is nothing else wrong with my laptop.  I was wondering if there were any suggestions as to what I could do to make it better, if not repair it completely?  I hate that the scratch is near the middle and it is annoying when I work, it is right in my sight of vision.  I would appreciate any help.  Thanks.

My one key is stuck on my keyboard – I can't type the number one so I have to spell it out.  I've tried using canned air to see if there are crumbs or something, but nothing has worked.  I don't want to bang it or anything, but I'm not sure if I should attempt to lift the entire keyboard or not.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try to unstick it?  Thanks.

I have a bad fan in my laptop and I plan on replacing it myself.  I am a bit nervous, but I just do not want to cause any damage.  Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for me on doing this repair myself?  I would appreciate any words of advice from anyone that may have done this.  Thanks.
