I am currently thinking of getting a Samsung edge. Firstly what are the main advantages of a Samsung edge over the Samsung note 3? Also what does a curve screen bring in terms of ease of access for the phone? Is the curved screen an extension of the screen or does it work separately?

Hello, I have an external hard drive that is not being recognized.  I recently upgraded my MAC to OS 10.10 and since then, I cannot seem to locate it.  It sounds as if it is running and all systems are a go, but then it is not recognized.  Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips for me?  It is not full so that is not the issue.  Thank you.
