Mobile Hardware
Dear All,
I currently own an htc one m7. In terms of performance, it is one of the best mobile that i have used up till now. I would like to know what are the main differences compared to the new m8 model. As i work as a graphic designer, the screen resolution is a very important point for me. Can anyone provide me with a detailed comparison of the screen resolution.

The Bluetooth adapter in my Dell core i3 N series laptop is not working and it shows a yellow exclamation mark when I go into the device manager. I have tried updating the driver for it and it says it is updated. The sign goes away for now but reappears again after a minute? What might be causing this problem? Is this a hardware driver related issue or is my Bluetooth adapter damaged?

My monitor displays a black screen and says no signal even when I turn on my computer. I though maybe the wire is damaged, I tried the attachment wire on another monitor and it worked. Now I am sure it is a problem with my monitor. What is wrong with my monitor? How can I repair it if it is possible? Can it be a driver issue?

2014 has seen a boom in the number of smart-watches being released from different mobile companies. Major players in the industry such as Motorola, LG, Apple and most recently Alcatel have already presented their flagships to the public. In early age of mobile industry, mobile touch-screens were mostly resistive. What are the advantages of capacitive against resistive? Resistive touch-screen are they more suitable to be used in the case of smart-watches? Given the rise of capacitive technology, can resistive make a comeback? Given the small size of the screen for watches, can resistive ones provide more accuracy?

My Desktop PC has a Philips LCD that stopped working last night. The power supply short circuited at some point and I didn't know about it. Lines started appearing across the screen and it took me about 3-4 minutes to figure out what happened. Now when I turn on the display, lines appear across it. Is my LCD damaged for good? Is it repairable? If yes, how may I repair it?
