Hi,
I have bought new Microsoft Surface Pro 3. I liked it so much and all its features are really great. But, lately I have started facing problems with the network connectivity. I am unable to connect to a wireless network, even though I am able to use my home network for my laptop. So it is not a problem with my network, but instead something to do with the surface pro 3. Sometimes it is able to connect, but drops intermittently. I am not understanding the issue with this. Anybody else got this kind of problem? Please help me!

Hello everybody,
I have purchased Nokia Lumia 1520 recently. It was working simply great so far. Suddenly today the display gone dark and I couldn't see anything on the phone. It may not be a problem with the charge because just a few minutes back it was fully charged. When I press the power button the navigation buttons are getting turned on for sometime, but the display screen is remain dark. Is this the problem with the screen or display card or something in it? Any help please?

Hi everybody,
I recently owned a new Samsung Galaxy tab. I went to my friend's house, it was connected to the internet and worked properly. After that I came to my house with tab first time, but it is not connecting to the internet and getting this message: " Network disabled because internet connection is slow". I am using Dell internet. I don't understand whether it is a problem with my tab or with an internet connection. Can somebody please figure out what is the problem?

My Acer Iconia A1 tablet started to have touch issues. Even without touching the screen, as long as a certain part of the back cover is touched, the screen moves on its own. This started after the tablet was accidentally dropped. There was no visible damage on the tablet, no bent plastics, cracks and scratches, but it's acting really weird lately. My question is, will this be covered by the warranty? Is this a hardware problem or can this be fixed by resetting the device which means losing all the apps on it?

My Samsung Galaxy S4's battery was completely drained out and the phone turned off on its own. When I turned it back on, it got stuck at the Samsung logo. I tried to wipe out the cache partition, did a factory reset, reseated and recharged the battery, nothing seemed to work. Any good ideas?

I'm in Singapore for work and I brought my Blackberry Storm with me. I got it from Verizon and as far as I know, it is network locked. So far, I am getting a signal but I cannot seem to do anything. I cannot make a call and I cannot send a message. Does anybody have any idea about this?

Hi, recently I have owned a new Google Nexus 5 phones. The phone is really awesome. I liked it so much in all aspects. But the only issue is with charging. It is charging damn slow and sometimes it is not at all charging properly. Anybody faced the same kind of issue? Can somebody help me out to resolve this problem? Thanks!

I have got new Samsung Galaxy Note 3. All its features are amazing. But, one problem I am facing is that the signal strength is fluctuating even when the phone is stable at one place. Sometimes while calling, after the call got connected it is getting dropped. Even though the signal showing full strength this is happening. I have tried restarting the phone several times, but it is still occurring frequently. Did anybody else have this kind of problem? Is this the problem with my phone or any settings? Please help me. Hi, Recently I have switched from iPhone 4s to iPhone 5s. I have iOS 7.0.2 version installed. Everything works great except I am facing some voice related issues. When I get a call if I use speaker phone, I can hear the voice clearly. But otherwise with ear-speaker the voice is very low and I hardly able to hear. I have tried to see if there is something got stuck in the speaker but everything looks fine. Does anybody face the same issue? What could be the problem? Any help in this regard is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
I bought a new Samsung galaxy S5. The features on this phone are simply great. When I called to somebody it is working fine. When I try After 5 minutes time it is not at all allowing to give another call. The screen is showing "Emergency calls only, no SIM card inserted" even though the SIM is within the phone itself.
Afterwards, I removed the SIM again, then inserted and restarted. But it is showing the same result. What is actually happening here? Can someone give me a solution for this strange behavior? Thanks!
