I am looking for a SIM Card reader with software that would work on a Windows 7 bit 64 system. All I could find were those that work on 32 bit systems. Please can an expert tell me where to look for such a card reader? Are there any available in the market?

I have an Hauwei Ascend P1, yesterday I upgraded the external memory with a micro SD card of 16GB (Kingston) , when I tried playing an audio file from the card, the phone went off and  started rebooting, I tested the card on  LG G2 and it was okay and it played the file just fine, what could be the cause for the constant rebooting on the Ascend since the card seems okay in LG G2? How can I solve this?
