I have recently started using Samsung Galaxy S4 and can't seem to customize my notifications panel. How can I arrange the shortcuts in this tab? I tried to drag the relevant icon to the top but that didn't wok. Can you help me with this?

If I buy a smartphone that is 4G capable and Wi-Fi supported, can I use the Wi-Fi on my laptop or iPad? Or do I need to ask my provider to set it up? Assuming I have a data plan on my mobile phone and I want to use the Wi-Fi on it so my laptop or iPad can connect on my 4G device, is that possible? I think they called it as a mobile hotspot where you will use your device to create a hotspot. Can you give me some ideas?

I have a USB cord which I can use for my mobile phone and PSP console. I also have a car charger for my mobile phone. My car charger has 5V at 1A which is best for mobile phone and PSP. I want to know if I can change it so instead of plugging my mobile phone directly into it, I can add two more USBs on it.

If so, will it cause any damage if I attach another USB machines like LEDs, fan or any other gadgets? The USB can supply 500mA, can it supply full amp? Or will it damage my anything that I will connect into it?

I have a problem on my LG 4X HD. The battery consumption is very high. I tried to charge it 100% and when I unplugged it, without doing anything, the battery drops to almost 40%. I've been watching on it for the last few days and the battery seems to dropping. I even activated the power saving mode. Though it helps a little, the battery is still having the same issue especially when it drains. What can I do? Does it needs replacement?
