I have a Galaxy S3 that I bought on eBay and it was working fine. A few days ago, I dropped it accidentally and it did not seem damaged in any way. Still it was fine but the next morning I saw it was off. I think it shut itself down and it could not turn on any more. Could it be drop? Can anyone provide suggestions as to what I should do?

Search bar got changed, can't access Google play, data connectivity was changed and so many other things. Is there a way to undo these changes?
