Now emulator recognizing my USB Memory as a Human Interface Device, not as a storage medium. How do I configure Emulator properly to enable my data transfer.

I recently felt Samsung S3, I have is showing lesser signal. I complained with my service provider about this. Naturally they denied any system failure from their side. Now is there a way to measure android gsm umts rf signal strength by myself using the phone so that, I can directly deal with the Operator Customer care, explaining the signal loss. I got a problem with my Samsung wave codecs. The Samsung wave mobile phone device has an operating system of Android. While installing those codecs for my mobile phone I noticed that the mobile phone device system is declining the procedure. What is the main cause of this problem? Can you give me some suggestion to fix this issue? I need those codecs.
