I tried to install alxon blackberry. I know the software is compatible with my configuration. But it is showing the error message as under. I searched several sites to find a solution. There is no suitable solution. If you have any idea please help me.

I have Nokia 2730 and I have good amount of applications saved in this phone. These files are too good, if not important, that I couldn’t take to delete it in my phone. Is there any alternative way or basic reformat for 2730 procedure that would allow me to reset my phone without deleting those precious files and applications of mine?

1. I have Hawaii E 353 modem, my problem is, it is detected as E 398. What should I do to correct this?
