Hi,

One of our users gets the following issue when accessing a given .xlsx file in a document repository. The enduser can access other files in the same repository fine. We're not using Excel Calculation Services. The enduser is using Office 2010 (x86). Our SharePoint farm is 2007. If the document originator copies the file to another location within sharepoint, the enduser is able to access it just fine. It's just weird. Help me. Thanks.

I recently started using PowerPivot and have successfully installed it on my Windows XP Operating System. Now I am trying to install the add-in but the cryptic pop-up message appears on the screen as you can see the attached image. I am unable to install this so waiting for an expert’s advice. I have excel 2013, and it crashes too often and reopens in an Excel safemode.

I checked to see if i had any addons or codes but have none

This happens with every excel file i open let it be a new one or an old one.

I deleted the XLStart file just to be sure it gets fine again.

This Office 2013 copy was downloaded and all others work. Outlook and Word is just fine.

I replaced the mouse to make sure its not the scroll issue of my existing mouse.
