Is it possible converting prt file to excel, because when I tried dragging the file to excel and trying to open it with open with option its displaying the error message that the file that is trying to open cannot be found. Please advice how to open the prt file in Excel (I am using Office 2012).

I want to summarize the manpower hiring cost of all sheets at one place.Since there are many categories of manpower ,so I am looking for easiest formula to link 20 categories & also display subtotal of each sheet on the summary sheet.Please help.Thanks in advance.

When I try to load up excel, the menu bar with file edit does not show on top of the screen.

I have tried to right click on the toolbar, go to the customers and check to see if the spreadsheet checkbox is checked but to no avail.

I am wondering what the problem might be.
