I encountered the following error message when I tried to synchronize my Outlook 2003 calendar entries with my Blackberry Curve smartphone: "Error encountered. Error code – 0x80043ac9. Check documentation." This error message appears only when my phone has already processed 20 records out of 80.

Please note in the screenshot below that the calendar had started to synchronize with the phone, but stopped when it reached Record 20. 

I have not encountered any problem in synchronizing Outlook Contacts or Memos. I have only experienced this problem with Outlook Calendar.

Good day everyone! Whenever I try to click anything on Business Contact Manager for Outlook, a dialog box containing the following error message always pops up: "Business Contact Manager for outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again."

Although this error message does not cause any problems, it continues to pop up even after I select 'OK'. 

Please help me solve this problem so that I won't have to encounter this error again.

You might have encountered at least one of the disturbing error messages below:

“Sending and receiving reported error”

“Unknown Error.”

“An unknown error has occurred.”

Usually, these disturbing messages show up while trying to execute the following operations:

1. When trying to read or delete email messages.

2. And when I click the send or receive button on the mailing platform.

It’s so frustrating that, this unexpected thing happens to anyone when using any version of MS Outlook installed with Windows XP, Vista or with Windows 7. Why does this happen?

People can only assume but no specific reasons are found. Not even Microsoft could solve my problem.

Can I ask for help with our annoying MS Outlook 2007 problem?

Whenever our staff try to open Outlook, they are asked to authenticate our mail server, mail.school.worcs.sch.uk. They have to either type in their username and password or login first to the OWA, webmail.school.worcs.sch.uk, before they can load Outlook. 

I don't understand what's going on.

I capture some internet requests with PuTTY whenever they type in their credentials. I am wondering if the Outlook in school is accessing Webmail on HTTPS?

I have a friend who has an Outlook 2011 for Mac user that is getting this error:

Error: Could not synchronize record: Discuss layout for new sampler packs to Exchange server
Details: The meeting request has already been sent and might not be updated.
Error Code: -19718 

We both use Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP1 to check on the problem. Despite the error that is popping up, the Outlook is functioning properly. There were other errors about meeting requests and he was able to retrieve and delete these. The meeting request errors that we could not find were listed in the attached file. i tried searching for the error code and its details but I found nothing.

I have tried to create a new profile which was not working from Mail icon, so then I used "Outlook /profiles" and it was able in creating a profile but showed me the following error message when I tried to get to that profile.

I find an error signal whenever I want to back up Email. I use Win 7 Professional OS, Microsoft Office 2007, along with this 2011 (including latest update available). I get the following error message:

I want to open someone's Outlook 2003/2007/2010 mailbox, but then I am getting the following error message: "Cannot open the Mailbox for this user because the user does not have a server mailbox".

The person has put the required authorizations for me but I could not open.

1.     Outlook 2010 error every time I send or receive

Hi experts,

First up, I don't support MS Exchange.  At home and at the office, I use Outlook for my mails, and I save my .pst file on a memory chip.  I always do this so that I can read my mails anywhere.

Recently, I upgraded my old version of Outlook to 2010.  Before doing so, I made a copy of my .pst file for backup.  After this, I was informed that my info was slightly different from my Outlook at home and that of my office.  I also noticed that Outlook reads the .pst file that is not on my memory chip.  That's why I overwritten that file with the one on my memory chip.  Everything was fine then, or so I thought.

I am a Gmail user, and I'm accessing my Gmail account via MS Outlook. My OS is Windows Vista. When I try to send an email in Outlook 2007, I get this error:

Task [my email address]- Sending' reported error (0x80070057) : 'Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.'

Problem lies on sending mail, not in receiving. Messages that don’t get sent are not placed on Outbox. They are visible from the folder, but don’t go anywhere. I have also attempted to type the email address of the recipient (did not use auto-complete feature of address book), but that didn’t work.

I need a solution here.
