I basically acquired personally a smart phone having windows mobile 6 and have the outlook synchronized with my yahoo e-mail. I am attempting to synchronize through my phone and also it gives me this particular issue, “the server you are synchronizing with us is not an exchange server", or, "is running incompatible software chose configured server on the active menu to specify the correct server". I am only capable of sending and receiving e-mail whenever my phone is connected to my computer. Could somebody assist me with this issue?

I have a system user containing complete usage of the home folder relating to the server in addition to, he is also a local administrator on his computer. The issue is actually whenever he works through outlook 2003 and also attempts to back up an attachment through clicking on "my documents" (is usually pointing to home folder relating file server) he receives an access denied.

The following mainly takes place within outlook 2003. So what is the problem in here?

The MS Exchange RPC client access service and MS Exchange transport service is not running in my Exchange 2010. Users are not able to connect the exchange server with Outlook 2007. Users use the correct data in connecting but still it doesn't work.

When I am opening the Exchange management console and error message is coming which says ‘initialization’. If anybody knows how to fix this problem, please let me know.

I am using Dell Laptop which runs with 32 x Windows Vista Ultimate. I have loaded Office 2007 Enterprise edition.

I have set up the Outlook with my office mail,and it was working properly till yesterday.

So, I have re-configured the Outlook, but there was no change in the result. Please help me to solve the problem.

Microsoft Office Outlook

My Microsoft Outlook hangs and when I refresh the Outlook, it gives me an error message which says ‘MAPI Spooler. And it displays the error number’.  I am not able to remove the message. Please help me to remove the messages and receiving mails. I can bale to receive and send messages through Outlook, but it is not possible from Word. I will really be thankful for all help and support.

I have been trying to start Outlook email client so as to back it up. This has however been impossible. Instead, I keep getting an error message that indicates that the file I am opening may be in use by someone else. What is the cause of this problem?

I am trying to assist a colleague of mine in recovering his deleted emails. He is using Outlook 2007 and after he changed the settings the folder that stores deleted data is no longer available. Now whenever a message is deleted it disappears completely. Please help for I have been unable to correct this situation.

I am wondering whether it is possible to configure Outlook 2007 in such a way that you don’t receive copies of meeting –associated messages sent to that particular calendar owner when you send accept/decline to a certain person. If it is, please tell me how to do it.

I’ve already attempted many times creating folders in Microsoft Outlook contacts where I’ve put addresses. But I always fail to do so as I end up ticking around a lot without any successful outcome. I think that creating folders for contacts in Outlook is one of its central functions so it should be uncomplicated and should be simple to repeat. I must be missing something here.

Could you please assist me on how to create easy-to-access envelopes or folders in Outlook?

I need help on this matter. Please give me an advice.
