MS Outlook
Is there a difference between MS Outlook and Outlook Express? If there is, how do you convert data from Outlook to Express and vice versa?

Hello there! I need some help on creating a second email account which will be accessible for users and connect it in MS Outlook. What would be the most effective ideas to perform this in a huge corporation? Do I need to create a mailbox or make a user profile for each address? I would like a support from any search engines and use MS Exchange hosting. And also, I want to put only those authorized accounts to ensure that all the messages from their second accounts will also go directly to user’s inbox on their primary accounts. I don’t want to have numerous user accounts such as john smith and john smith second user account. I hope you get the idea. Thanks.

Just curious as to why an Outlook ’03 client with the logon security set to Kerberos authentication prompts a user for his logon details when opening MS Outlook. Anyone?

I am running MS Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Final x64. From day to day I received this problem information: “Task '[email protected]' – Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F): 'The message cannot be saved to your IMAP e-mail account Sent Items folder, because Outlook is offline or the e-mail server doesn’t allow items to be saved to the Sent Items folder.” What can be the cause of this error?

Hello everyone, I am having issues with Act 2011 and Outlook 2010 in Windows 7 x64 PC. Through the beginning of MS Outlook, it displays information stating “The ACT! Address Book service is not properly configured, or the configured database is locked. Do you want to configure it now?” If I click on “Yes”, it will open Outlook Address Books. If I clicked on “No”, it will close the application. What should I do next?

Hi.
Whenever I send an image via URL inside the email (not attached), the image cannot be seen or opened through Outlook. However, I can see the image in the html browser. Should I add an authentication key or something so that it can be viewed?
I really would appreciate your help.

Hello everyone,
I would like to send group emails. My contacts are located in Outlook. However, I cannot send group emails through Outlook. I tried to solve this by using mail merge with MS Word. However, whenever I do this, a pop-up appears for each contact and I need to click 'yes'.
This is very tedious. Can anyone help me send group mails through Outlook or if not, how do I make the pop-up disappear?
