MS Outlook
Hi,
I am using Outlook 2007 and would like to see the appointments sent by the sender in the time zone that I have set. But currently, when I open the appointment by double clicking it, it is shown in the time zone sent by the sender. I have already set my current time zone by choosing the Tools> Options menu in the menu bar and have also tried choosing the Additional Time Zone option. This however does not seem to make any change. How do I make the required changes in the Outlook calendar?
Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

Hi,
I have Outlook 2003 in my computer and whenever I double click the Outlook calendar, it opens an appointment. How do I set the calendar to open a meeting request rather than an appointment on clicking on it? Is it possible? Please help. Thanks.

Hi,
I know that using the bcc option when sending an e-mail will enable sending an email to multiple recipients without disclosing the name and other details among themselves. Is there any other similar feature in Outlook 2007 that I can use to send a meeting request to many recipients while concealing their details?

Hi,
While searching for words or names in my Outlook inbox, it shows results only until 30th June 2011. Any e-mails after June are not considered or displayed. Why is it so? How can I add them in the search list? Please assist.

Hi,
I use Outlook 2007 with all the updates installed and Exchange Server 2003 is also configured. I use to set reminders in Outlook but the reminder windows do not pop-up rather remain behind all the other windows.
The remainder window is highlighted only on the taskbar and this causes me to miss them. Is there a way to solve this issue?
Thanks.

Hi,
I am using Outlook 2007 with Exchange Server 2003 configured in it. I have created a shared calendar in Outlook and included it as a resource by modifying the Outlook appointment form. The shared calendar should accept all the appointments that are sent out.
The procedure works fine in cases of normal appointments. The problem however arises in cases of private appointments; when a user is sending a private appointment and another user is viewing the shared calendar in the peoples’ calendar.

Hi,
I would like to insert files and emails in my Outlook Calendar entries. Sharing the calendar with others will help me organize it, however I do not want them to open it and see the details. I have tried adjusting the permission levels, but that did not help. How can I make this happen? Please help.
