I am trying to install SQL server but during installation I am facing this error and I don’t why this error occurs.  Please tell me its detail. Need very urgent Solution.

I have imported one batch in SQL server based application but there was some problem in that batch which was not recognizable at that time, so it is imported but not all the data into their respective tables.

Now just suggest me the solution to import the remaining data. I have imported it on the backup server then, by exporting the table technique.

I have made a notepad file of data but not importing properly into the actual server.

I am using SQL server in my office, it contains really sensitive databases, I have made a lot of securities in server like secured login to windows and its secured access on the LAN, but even then I want to set passwords in every database so that no one can access these highly secured databases except me.

I am setting up a disaster recovery box for the production website. For this, I took a backup of the production MS SQL database and restored it into the DR box. When I run the application, I get an access denied message. I checked the database and I found that the user mapping is gone! I want to restore it.

I am using RadScheduler of telerik control,and I am running into issues like when I select a date range to schedule a task for multiple days and it re-occurs after some interval like after every two days on that particular time.

But when I press save button, it schedules for a whole day.

What can be the reason?

I am using Oracle and I am new in Oracle. I want to take backup of database and also want to restore it in some other service. Also, it would be better if you can please tell me what are the export and import features in Oracle?

I want to know the database name and I am using SQL *Plus command prompt of Oracle. Also, how can I figure it out that which user created that database? How can I achieve this using SQL *PLUS command prompt?
