Which effects do I use in Aftereffects which will be best compatible with Flash file when it is converted to it? Or is it possible that the results can not be the same.

What will be the best way to reduce video file size when using flash without degrading quality and up to what percentage or size we can reduce it to? regards, Amy Lee

I cant install Microsoft windows media player 11 in my pc. Whenever i try to install it, it says,

You do not have sufficient permission,

Please check your administrator status.

What does it mean?

I am facing problem while working in audition. I don't know whether its for my sound card or not.
