Windows Media Player keeps opening by itself. Every time I close it, it opens back up again.

Also, while it is open, it keeps dominating the PC control by making it the active application every few seconds. 

If I go to another window it soon reverts back to WMP as the active application.

Please help.

I want to merge and cut some video clips. I have tried many software but all of them converts the main file but I only want to join them and delete some clips. I there any software which can do this task. Oh all my files are in .avi format. So, the software must support .avi file.

Please someone give me some solution.

When I log into my system I get an error "CAPI_WORKER Module has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

I downloaded a video, but it is an .flv format. I tried so hard to look for a .mp4 format, but I cannot find one.

My option is to convert it, because I cannot view it. Or I can also download a codec.

I have just reformatted my computer and installed VLC player in my computer, because my friends told me it very nice to use. After I installed VLC I wanted to try it. I loaded VLC, an error message appeared on my screen. I pasted below the screen shot for complete reference.

My sister sent me a laptop as a gift, and I thought I could really go away with this computer issues thing since I am using a new one.

Unfortunately, yeah, I did get away with the virus thing, but my extra work needs an application to be installed. To my surprise, it is giving me feature transfer error at the middle of the installation.

Please help.
