.NET Programming
I have a base class in which a bunch of constructors are overloaded.
Another class derived from the base class also has a bunch of overloaded constructors.
How can I enforce a call function from an inherited constructor to an arbitrary base constructor?

Does anyone know in what exact situation one is supposed to declare a class as abstract?
How will I come to know the parameters that have been analyzed for a class to be abstract and how would I declare it abstract?
I would also like to know the difference between abstract class and interface.

Has anyone or anyone you know experienced a situation where a class could be inherited from some other class, but its methods cannot be over ridden?
If yes, how then did you/they achieve this functionality; because I am stuck with the same situation and looking for answers?

I designed one form application (kind of utility) in Visual Studio. This utility application is used for extensive database transactions.
However, after running this application for a short period of time it freezes my window and the cursor becomes inactive.
I am also writing logs into a text box, but they cannot be put to work until the utility finishes its work.
I will appreciate your help.

Hi Techy People!
I am working on a window application.
I designed a window with functionalities such as: menu bar, status bar and a few other controls.
However, when I resized the window the area becomes grayed out.
Does anyone have an idea as to how I can overcome this issue?

I am having issues with NHibernate. I have got a few methods in DAL and I use Session Factory.
When I run this application it runs perfectly alright, but there are sometimes it throws in an exception saying Entity <Entity Name> is already associated with entity ID <Number>.
I am looking for ways to solve this issue; any idea?

Hi All!
I would like to design a forum site with ASP.net and SQL server 2000 as back-end.
I would also like to add RSS Feed, Google or any other Ads on the site, but I don't know how to go about it.
How can I go about it? If you know, please state the procedures to add RSS Feed in Asp.net pages.
Waiting to get the solution ASAP.
Thanks,
Garry Kirtsen

Hello!
I’m having a problem with my VB macros. When I was programming at the office, everything was working just fine. Later, I decided to get a copy of VB from my office so I can work with it from home. After installing the program, I opened the project I was working on and got this error:
The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros.
Why aren’t my macros working in my home computer?

I have Microsoft visual Studio 2010 Ultimate installed on Windows Server 2008 (x86 & x64) with Service Pack 2 , 1GB RAM, 30 GB of HD space, DirectX 9 capable video card running at 1024 x 768.
While I was trying to debug a stored procedure, I got this message:
"There is no source code available for the current location"
I tried logging in as a Sysadmin, but the same error comes up.

Hi there,
I'm running Windows XP SP2 and have ver1.1 and 2.0 installed already. When I tried to install the .Net Framework on my laptop, I received this error message: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2908."
Here is a picture to better describe my problem…
Please let me know if you are able to advise me.
