I possess two Silkworms 4100 having Web tools 6.x; only now I discovered that web tools software is not going to run on 32/64bit machines (XP or Windows 7). I believe that it is associated to java. I received this prompt of error on various browsers (FF3, FF4, IE8, and SeaMonkey). I am hoping for any help in this matter. Does anyone aware if this is indeed has something to do with java jre or any ways of fixing this problem?

Hi everyone, I have a new active directory at present that is why I also have to reconfigure my domain. In the start, as I do "ipconfig", I encounter a dns suffix, which could mean that I am in another domain. My question is, will it create issues later on as I still have a connection with that other network and I have installed another domain? Thanks for the input.

When I started the installation process of Cisco Unity, the error message comes next:

“The following problem was found while verifying that the system meets the installation requirements: Unable to open a SQL connection to the Master Database. Call Technical Support.”

What does this mean? Can it be resolved without having to call tech support? Thanks for the suggestions.

I have been using this modem for the last odd years or so. I did work on Windows XP Pro and have updated the program regularly.  The final version was V 3.2.1.156.

Then I upgraded to Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. The device did well, but I faced an issue some days ago and decided to uninstall then re-install the software concerned. After that I was not able to remain connected to the internet. I am in South America by the way.  It is connected to Vodafone. I tried to fix it, but I struggled.

At a particular point the machine cannot even connect or identify the modem. I disconnected everything then tried to turn it on, and even tried to reinstall the software.  During a point n the installation, it gave an error message which is as follows:

But after upgrading to Silverlight Version 5.0.61118 and installed it on web server, i am now facing an error "Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application Code: 2105 Category: InitializeError…" How can I fix it?
