I purchased Episode 6.0.1.3 for $295 to use the full features. I installed it using the serial key provided. But on trying to access the application, I receive the error message “Could not connect to EpisodeAssistant process. Application needs to quit." Can anyone help me with this issue? I am having some problems with connecting to Citrix MetaFrame servers. When I tried to connect on it I got error message. So I decided to try form another computer. This computer have Windows Vista and previous use Windows 7. But this time is the same problem. I got error message and connection couldn't be made. Does anyone have any suggestion?
