I am thinking of moving my desktop to the other side of the house without running a very long cable to connect it to the router. Is there a way for me to get internet connection with this kind of setup? Do I need an additional device? I need suggestions.
 

Just recently, we had a constant power outage which caused all my wireless devices to lose the internet connection. The router was never installed with the software that came with it nor installed via CD. It was setup by geek squad and I don't have the password. What is the quickest thing I can do to make the wireless work again? I need my laptop up and running in the next 24 hours. Please help.

I got a new router from Cisco called Valet. I am not a technical person so I got confused on how to setup this router. It came with a USB device but I could not find the CD anywhere in the box. So I was wondering, how will I install the Valet without calling their technical support?

I am using the same connection in my PC everyday to connect Broadband internet connection via WAN or LAN something called it whatever I don’t know.

I wanted to use the Internet but suddenly my Internet broadband connection displays this error and no connection is being made.

In an Exchange 2007 server, I tried to delete an Exchange PF database, but I got the following error:

The public folder database 'SG02PF1' cannot be deleted.

Then, I logon to an Exchange 2010 server, and I run the following powershell command:

I just want to know if my router is having a router problem.

I bought this new router which is Edimax BR 6314 (because it is cheap, I was enticed by its price). I am using a DSL of which my ISP said that we have a Dynamic IP. The store where I bought Edimax said that I can just connect the modem to the router and then all the PCs and there is no need for me to configure the router since it will connect to the Internet easily.

I have a problem regarding my EVDO wireless and my LAN connection. I want to use both connections at one time but I am unable to use both at a time. When I connect my EVDO wireless USB, my LAN connection gets disconnected or gets disabled. That's a big issue for me because my office works on LAN connection and it stops working when I use EVDO wireless.
