How to set up wireless connection?

I have 20 PCs in my office LAN, I wanted to make 10 on the domain and 10 in workgroup, to introduce some security measures as group policy on domain and no security policy in workgroup. 

As these are for upper management, please guide me step by step on the procedure.

We are working in our office using a LAN and a domain controller installed on a Server Machine. All the clients save data on the server. All the systems assigned their IP address. Mostly I found that all the systems can access the server. This server is the domain controller but many times the connectivity is not there. All the possible precautionary measures I have done.

I am using DSL in office having VPN connectivity in a domain network.When we connect VPN it works wonderfully but its speed gradually decreases. Also vpn is auto disconnected after some intervals. I even made some other system as DSL server but the problem is same. That's why the system is not problematic. The DSL provider is also saying that there is no problem, then where the problem is actually.

I'm not able to install Cisco Connect Software, using the Easy Setup Key that came with my E1000 router.

Removing and/or formatting the drive, will not solve the problem.

ReadyBoost file will also be seen, when you open the content of the drive.

What should I do?

We have a Belkin router with a wireless capability. We did not set any password on it, so anybody in the family could easily connect.

We used to have a stable wireless connection with our WRT120N router. However, recently our connection has been unstable and for all I know, our channel has been set to Auto. 

Is there a need to change it now? And what channel should we select?

How can I share my DSL connection on my iPhone?

I  just brought a new laptop And i cannot connect to wifi. It says you require a code. I know the code for the Wireless router. But it just does not work. It says unable to connect? something like that! What  am i Doing Wrong ?
