Networking
Hello,
I setup office server, to manage 10 computers (workstations). My company hired 5 new employees and I had to setup their computers on our network.
Set up was very easy and quick as usual. But when I was done, the other computer users, and even the new ones were complaining about not being able to access the DEFOPT (name of our server) folder, to get what they needed.
Any one got some help?
Thanks.

So here, the intent of my question is:
I have a home Internet connection that uses a modem ISP. I share with my friends in boarding house.
So this model; modem -> switch hub -> computer.
Well, what I ask is, what can be shared more of a hub switch to hubswitch again? Be a model like this: modem -> switch hub -> switchhub -> computer. Can it be?

Hello,
Our company has three servers, which are running on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition. When I was trying to start the Distributed Transaction Coordinator on one server, this error message appeared on my screen:
Services
Could not start the Distributed Transaction Coordinator service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
Does anyone had the same issue with Windows Server 2003? I also tried to open the program using other computers, in our company running on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition but they don’t have the same problem at all.
I never had this problem using this server before until this error appeared.
What could be the source of this error?

Hey experts,
Our company is currently using web server, running on Windows 2000 SP4. I was trying to install the program, Sybase PowerBuilder but I keep receiving the attached error message, regarding the pbjvm115.dll every time I try to install the software.
Has anyone seen this error message before:
Module C:Program
FilesSybaseSharedPowerBuilderpbjvm115.dill failed to
register . Hresult -2147024769. Contact Your support
personnel.
Do you think our system is not capable of running this software?
Anyone who has an idea regarding the system requirements for Sybase PowerBuilder.Net runtime?
Does anyone have the same issue installing this program?

Hey
I’m using Mobilink File Transfer Utility. I was downloading and creating a remote database, when an error appeared on my screen.
This error message showed up when I tried to download a file :
mlsrv12
<Main > [-10249] Could not find file transfer root directory: ‘C:mlfiletransferDL’
It was the first time I encountered this problem. When, I started the MobiLink server with the -ftr option, it normally creates a root directory for the file to be transferred and creates a subdirectory for every registered MobiLink user, in our database. I noticed that every time I start to use it, in downloading files, this error immediately shows up.
Can someone help me fix this problem?

Dear IT Experts,
My internet connection was working ok for a long time. But ever since my roommate installed a new router, I couldn’t connect to the internet.
Her connection is working just fine but mine doesn’t want to connect.
Is there anything you could suggest to fix my connection?
Thanks,
Dennie
