Networking
SMARTBRO HSDPA USB MODEM, is one of my most preferred used to connect on the internet. Besides being convenient, it is affordable to use, without depriving its quality in speed and connection. Many of my friends have been using it. It is known to be using 3G network connections that most likely are used by modern cellular phones, that can access to the internet.
I had been using SMARTBRO modem since 2009. I didn’t have any problem using it, until last 3 weeks. I usually use it after work, to open my mails and researching.
The moment I plugged it in an error occurred. I don’t really have the screen shot of it to be more specific about the message but it refers to, port connection to the smartbro connection that cannot deliver a signal.

I lost my internet connection on my other computer. It only lets me access internet, if I boot to safe mode.
My security software is turned on, so I don’t think it’s because of a virus or Malware. It is one of those old Dell Optiplex systems and not under warranty anymore. So I cannot get support from their tech support without paying a fee for support.
What else can I do, aside from system restore and OS reinstallation? I don’t have the OS CD anymore at hand.
Please help me if you can. Thank you so much in advance.

Last night, I had my Wii online and unexpectedly this error code appeared, “Error Code 5330. ”
I had done various research and followed the instructions that they had provided. I found out that once the WEP is turned on, the Wii displays this type of error message.
And so, I adjusted the broadcasting channel of the Linksys wireless router that I have, into Channel 3 for faster download and accessibility speed. The router is now broadcasting in the mixed mode. Afterwards, I turned off the router and then refreshed it and immediately, the internet connection resumed.
It was doing fine for about fifteen minutes but the same error occurred.
What should be done now? Help me. Thank you.

Is there anyone here, who has an idea on how to solve my problem about wireless connection? I am experiencing a problem with my newly bought Lenovo laptop today.
I have five Personal Computers in my computer cafe, that are sharing an internet connection through a wireless router. When I connect the Lenovo laptop into the wireless router, it does not connect. Instead, this error message appeared, “Cannot communicate with Primary DNS Server.”
I followed the available option which was to reset the wireless network connection adapter but then the similar error message had happened.
"Cannot communicate with Primary DNS Server."

We are having a problem with sending out emails. We have an application server that runs a web application. The web application requires to send out emails.
For this purpose we installed an email server (PostFix) on the same machine. When the web application sends out emails to OTHER domains using local host, as the email relay server, it works. However, when we try to send emails that correspond to the same domain name as the application, we get the following error:

My internet connection keeps dropping intermittently.
It started about a month back and still goes on. Resetting my router or taking the Ethernet cable off the PC, corrects the problem but it's very annoying at times.
The connection drops for like, every half an hour or so and then I have to physically correct it. At first, I thought it was a hardware problem so I changed the router and then tried another Ethernet cable but the problem still persists.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on an Intel 965 chipset and have 2GB RAM. My router is provided by my service provider, so I don’t know its make or model.

I love to do set up's in computers but then I never tried to set up or wire a home network. So your answer will be a big help for me to boost my knowledge with regard to it.
Possibly is there any difference or variation in any way generally, if I operate through my router/modem to an 8 port switch 1 line to each room; then put a switch in that room (modem>router>switch>switch>device) or when I run through the router to a 24 port switch to a 24 port patch panel (modem>router>switch>patchpannel>device) ?
Can I should I eliminate or just cut down the patch panel in its entirety and run straight lines on the switch?
