I'm working in an AD firm and using CISCO switch for our network. Recently we have purchased Cisco 2960 series switch. I’ve tried myself to assign static IP on switch but failed. For your information we are using Mac address. Is there anyone to instruct me, how can I assign IP address in Cisco switch?

Dear All,

I can't access Public drive from my computer. I've enabled sharing and even tried to change the security for them. I get an error message when trying to change the owner shop, but all the sharing options are checked, whenever I'm trying to access in public it's showing an error message. Does anyone have any idea to recover it.

I am currently in new Jercy and attempting to access my office email. I have connected the broadband connection to my computer. I can perfectly receive emails but I can't seem to be able to send email. I keep receiving this error:

550 Access Denied Invalid HELLO Name.

Can anyone help please? I am desperate to send email and looking for help!
