I am new to Oracle. We now use Oracle 11g. I would appreciate some help on how to adjust the time zone. For example suppose it set to GMT -04:00. How can I change it to reflect GMT+05:30. 

Please indicate the procedure in oracle to adjust time zone.

How to make csv export faster apex oracle with exponential values? I got large number of data to be downloaded in csv format and its taking rather slow. Long numbers are showing exponential values instead of plain numbers. What can I do to fix that?

“RW-50004: Error code received when running external process.  Check log file for details.

Running Database Install Driver for PROD instance”

Sometimes it says,

“RW-50010: Error: – script has returned an error:   126.”

As I pressed Retry button, the same message appears again. Do you have any idea? A little help will be highly appreciated.

The error states:

Login Failed. Please check your username, password and Oracle BI Office server availability.

The version I am using for Oracle BI server is 11.1.1.5.0.
