Oracle Database
Hi,
I need some help while I try to directly access on Oracle Applications. I received an error message that to contact my administrator as the server application is not authorized to access the system. You can see the screenshot. I tried to sort this one out and I tried to set the profile value to OFF instead of Secure in the Context file, but that didn’t help me much as I still get that message.

Evening people,
I have tracked an error while installation of oracle 12g on HPUX 11.30.
Error is shown in the image. I had checked the MOS Doc 983713 for solution to my problem, but couldn’t find any solution to it there. So if anyone knows where to get the correct MOS Doc 983713, please let me know, because it would possibly be having solution to my issue.
And you don’t know, then just tell me how to fix this problem.

Friends,
I am receiving this package error of MS OLEDB for oracle as unspecified error. I have no knowledge that why this error occurred. All I can say is that, I was just installing an upgrade to the Oracle Form which replaces a few files and during the upgrade I got this error. I thought that this could be because of wrong upgrade package installation. So I downloaded and installed another upgrade package but it also didn’t work out.

Hi there fellows,
I am here with a typical error, but yet not sorted out. This is the error which we normally get when our installer cannot read the files from the destination or cannot create that file at the target location. But I know only up to this and I want a perfect solution to this error. To sort it out, I changed all files both at the source and the destination. So that there remains no conflict or infected files, but still during the installation of Oracle Database 11g, I get the same error.

Hi,
I was using a database with a user account. When I tried to go further go inside the database premises, I got the error as in the image above that you should administrator account. What I mean is, the account I am using is though a user account, but with full privileges. So why the system does gives the error to use access it from the administrator.
I am not able to get the admin access, but I know there might be a solution to it and could be accessed from the user account. I tried to direct the database to other drives of the PC.

I need some help here to fix this error. Let me brief you about it. I was opening a discoverer report by logging through a user when I got this error as Attempt failed to open workbook.
Sometimes the error is a bit different like OracleBI Discoverer was unable to find worksheet that was requested.
BIB-10310 an unknown exception error occurred.
The methods I tried to resolve it was that I turned off “Fan trap Detection” but yet it doesn’t works. I know I have one to many relationships in the sheets but I don’t think it might be due to this.
Please it's an urgent need of mine to get this issue resolved.
Can you help me out?

Hi everyone,
I am having a little problem here with my oracle database configuration. I have two clusters running. Will mention their name if someone replies to me. Problem is that when I connect to one of the clusters or even both of the nodes with it, all goes well status is displayed of the cluster etc. But if I click on the node which I am not pointing, the browser waits for a few moments and then gives the error just like in the image Unable to Detect Active Node List.
And at the same time one more error appears as Error Was Encountered in Connecting to the Oracle Database System. As a solution I tried to change password to one of the cluster as same as the ROOT password but it wont work. So can you tell me how it could be sorted out?

Hi experts,
This is the first time that I got this error:
oracle.addDatabase("QOCI8"); // for an Oracle database
Output: QSqlDatabase: QOCI8 driver not loaded
Output: QSqlDatabase: available drivers: QSQLLite
I'm a newbie and have no time to play with it. I guess I need to configure something in here. There's no oracle database online class I can find.
Versions: Oracle 10g
JDK 1.6
Tomcat 6
