How to solve problem with itunes updater.?

I have tried to install the latest version of iTunes in my iTune and iPhone iOS 5. When opens the iTune the small windows is not pop up and so I am searching for updated by ‘Search for updates’ in the Help. Then a pop up windows is asking for to download the new version of itunes that is Version 10.5. When I am clicking the download, nothing is happening. If anybody knows why this is happening, please advice me to solve this issue.

I need help to direct the linker into different ‘mpi’ library with ‘PGHPF’. Also need to create link map with the compilers. The linker is complaining regarding the missing symbol ‘ctype_b’.

I was trying to create a new Nios II Application and BSP from Template. But I couldn’t do it and faced to following error;

unable to create project

Reason: Failed to execute:./create-this-app –no-make
chmod: changing permissions of `.': Permission denied
chmod: changing permissions of `./create-this-app': Permission denied

Using X API I wrote an EXTMGR_ADDINS. It used to send messages to my other application while creating and editing a meeting. I recorded the EM_NSFNOTECREATE and EM_NSFNOTEUPDATEXTENDED events. I receive the note information if the file is “Appointment” and able to send it. But when I create and edit a new Note I can't get the Note Information (I can get the note handle but its file name isn't "Appointment"). By deleting event in the EM_NSFNOTEDELETE I can get the note info.
