I am using Outlook 2010 and I have setup a calendar that shows the day-to-day appointments. How can I setup the calendar to view appointments from two different calendars? Is that possible?

I have configured my to Hotmail accounts in Outlook 2010. One of it works fine and I am able to send/receive emails. However the second one hangs half the way on clicking the send/receive button. The send bar loads fully but the receive bar stops in the middle. Please help me resolve the issue.

I want to turn the signature feature on/off in Outlook and would like to copy it to another computer.

How can I make this possible?

Also, I would like to send a mail to a manager without his Secretary / P.A from viewing it?

I want to setup my Outlook to startup automatically on logging to the Windows computer. However, before that I would like to confirm whether it is possible for others using the computer to view the emails I have send/received using the Outlook?

I have installed Microsoft Office in my Window 7. All programs of Microsoft Office accepts the Authorization code expect Outlook. I want to use Outlook to synchronize calendar on my phone. Any idea?

Is the position of saving folders to be transferred to the operating system, for example in "My Documents", just as in Outlook Express, Tools> Options> Maintenance> Store Folder> Store Location?

Outlook is currently not running properly in my computer. When I close it by clicking on the red button at the top of the page, the window disappears from the screen but not the same can be said of its taskbar which persist for a long time while greyed out. I have no clue as to what is causing outlook to hang instead of closing, so I am looking forward for anyone who could assist me in this problem.

My computer has developed a problem with Outlook. It suddenly or automatically opens when I leave the computer running yet I never had it configured since I don’t need it. However, it does not start during startup of the computer or during web access. This happened several times and I would be happy to find a solution to this problem. All my efforts to stop this from occurring have failed. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

My computer runs on windows XP. I am also looking to set up the Outlook express I am using to enable me to send and receive mails through a Gmail account. I would also love to have the ability of viewing the mails sent before these changes were effected.

 I would like to purchase a new computer with Windows 7 and MS – Office 2007. Presently I am using Windows XP and Office 2000. My Outlook 2000 ‘.pst’ file size is two GB and it gives some problem in Outlook 2000. I want to know whether the Outlook 2007 supports my Outlook 2000 file. Please help me to solve the issue.
