Hi,

I am using Dell Inspiron model laptop and it is working fine. But, recently I have started getting one strange problem. When I am plugging in the laptop to AC power for charging it is showing in the power manager as plugged-in. In the power icon in the taskbar when I keep mouse pointer it is showing "plugged-in, not charging". I am wondering why it is saying like that. I have checked the AC adapter, charger and its connections. Everything looks fine. I am not sure what the problem is here. Can somebody advice ?

Recently I replaced my laptop’s battery with a new one. On the battery box says that is a universal one. When I turned on my laptop this caution appeared on my desktop and it says is not compatible with my laptop. I tried to send back the battery because of this error but they said to me that I shouldn’t pay attention to it. I am worried, please can anyone help me to fix this error? Is possible that the battery is not compatible with my laptop?

I have this error when PC is loading. I click Restart and the system starts to restart. This error doesn’t appear every time I open my PC but is really annoying because I can’t use my PC all day sometimes. Please can anyone help me to fix this error? What is the cause?

I updated my Dolby Home Theater v4 and while installing this error message box stopped the installing. When I click OK on the error all actions are rolling back and if I try to install it again the same error appears. Can anyone help me to install the updates to my PC? Is something wrong with the driver’s updates?

Today I bought a new DJ Console and after I installed it, installed the drivers and all that was required. When I open the main shortcut this error appeared on my desktop. I went with Console to one of my friends and I installed it on his PC and if worked just fine. I came back to my PC and reinstalled the Windows XP (x86) and still this error. Can anyone help me to fix this error? Why I have this error on my PC and it works just fine on my friend PC?
