Firstly, let me be clear that I'm the administrator of my system. There's no more than a account in the switch user tab. But when I try to delete a folder from C:, it always says that I need administrator's permission to delete it and I really don't know where to go for asking the permission. Any help?

My Dell machine would not turn on. I thought it was completely dead. While checking cables I reset my printer cable. After resetting the printer cables my machine started right up. This has happened three times after re plugging in printer cable. How can printer cables keep the machine from starting?

My Windows 7 PC is running too slow and hangs whenever I close or open a page or any application in it actually my windows is full of memory and I deleted most of the un useful software from it but still the same problem continues.What should I do to actually make it work fast like before should I consider formatting the system by backing up the important data or clean the hard drive as I found this solution on Google search that cleaning hard drive also works please suggest me what to do and how to clean hard drive as I don;y know how to do it never tried.
